This U.S. military-issue hood is designed to protect the wearer even in the most extreme wet and cold conditions. The outer shell is a heavy nylon material with a substantial waterproof coating. The skirt covers the shoulder area to provide for increased warmth and wind/water protection and is secured by adjusting the underarm straps. A front zipper and buttons protect the neck area while the face is protected by a wire-stiffened brim and artificial fur ruff. Wool-lined. NSN 8415-00-753-5604. Color: green. Size: Medium only.
